Embrapa processes your personal information to meet contractual legal obligations and to provide you with our products and services. We do not collect unnecessary personal data and do not process your information in any way other than specified in this Notice.

The personal data we collect are:

• Data collected by Google Analytics. Google Analytics collects primary cookies, data related to the device/browser, IP address, and on-site activities to measure and collect statistics about user interactions on websites using Google Analytics.

The data collected by Google Analytics is obtained from user interactions on the site. According to the LGPD, Google Analytics is considered a data operator because it collects and processes data on behalf of our customers based on their instructions. The customers are data controllers who have full rights over the collection, access, retention, and deletion of these data at any time. Google's use of data is governed by the terms of the contract between Google and Google Analytics customers and by the settings defined by the customers in the product interface.

Many websites and apps use Google Analytics to understand how visitors engage with their sites. If you do not want Analytics to be used in your browser, you can install the Google Analytics browser add-on.

How we use your personal data

• Embrapa will not transfer the information collected for user registration to third parties.
• Embrapa may, at any time, provide data or information related to its users to comply with judicial or police demands, requests from the Public Prosecutor's Office, or in accordance with Law No. 13.709/2018 or related legislation.
